Founder and Managing Attorney
Michael D. Turner has devoted his career to representing policyholders in their first party property insurance claims and bad faith litigation. He has extensive experience representing both residential and commercial clients in Georgia and Florida, as well as assisting in the representation of clients across the Southeast. He has helped his clients recover tens of millions of dollars in damages for their personal or commercial property, additional living expenses, business interruption, ordinance or law, and more.
Prior to founding the M. Turner Law Firm Michael worked for two other first party property insurance firms serving Georgia and Florida. While in law school Michael worked for a personal injury firm in north Georgia, where he helped plaintiffs with their auto accident, premises liability, employment law, and general personal injury claims.
